Child Maria
On an edge of the big wood there lived the woodcutter with своею the wife, and there was at them a unique child - the three-year girl. There were they so are poor, what even without a daily bread сиживали and did not know, than to support the child.

Its woodcutter has obeyed, has brought the child and has handed over to its Maiden Maria who took it with itself on the sky.
Well there the child has begun to live: ate spice-cakes sugar, drank sweet milk, in gold clothes put on, and angels played with it.
When to the girl it was executed fourteen years, Maiden Maria has called her once to itself and has told: "the Lovely child, is necessary to me a way remote; and so, take you on storage keys from thirteen doors of a kingdom of heaven. Twelve doors you can unlock and examine all magnificence, but the thirteenth door, that here this small key opens, I forbid you to unlock! Do not unlock it, not that you will be несчастною!"
The girl promised to be послушною, and then when Maiden Maria has left, she has started to examine monasteries of a heavenly kingdom.
Every day it unlocked on one door, yet has not bypassed all twelve monasteries. In everyone the apostle in great light sat - and the girl rejoiced to all this splendour and magnificence, and angels, everywhere its accompanying, rejoiced together with it.

Maiden Maria from the travel has soon returned, has called to itself the girl and has demanded back keys from the sky.
When the girl submitted a sheaf, has looked to it Приснодева in eyes and has asked: whether "you unlocked and the thirteenth door?" - "is not present".
Then the Empress has assigned to it the hand to heart, has felt, as it fights, and увидала, that prohibition has been broken also a door has been unlocked.

And the girl, has plunged into a deep dream and when has woken up laid below, on the earth, in a deserted solitude. She wished to call to the aid, but could not say a sound. She has jumped and wished to run, but in what party turned, everywhere before it arose standing стеною a dense blackthorn through which it could not make the way.
In this solitude where it has appeared as though in a captivity, there was an old hollow tree: it should serve it as dwelling. It crept there and slept in a hollow when there came night; in the same place during a rain and a thunder-storm it to herself found a shelter.
But it was the pity life - the girl bitterly cried, recollecting how to it it was good in the sky and as with it angels played.

Once, when trees have again dressed up in fresh greens, the king of that country, hunting in wood, pursued a wild goat and as it has escaped in the bushes bordering a glade with an old tree, it has descended from a horse and a sword has cut through to itself a way to thickets.
Having made the way at last through this jungle, he has seen marvellously fine girl sitting under a tree and from top to toe covered waves of the golden hair.
It has stopped, silently, with amazement peering in it, and then has asked: "Who you such and what for sit you here, in desert?"
She has answered nothing, because lips could not open. The king continued: whether "you Wish to go with me, to my lock?" She has answered it only with an easy nod of a head.
Then its king on hands took, has informed to the horse and has gone with it home and when has arrived to the royal palace, has ordered to invest it with magnificent clothes and with all has allocated it much. And though she could not speak, but was so is captivatingly fine, that the king has grown fond its all heart and a little later married it.
Минуло about one year, and the queen has given birth to the son. And here at night as it laid one in bed, Maiden Maria was to it and has told: "If you to me all truth tell and will confess that opened a forbidden door I will open your lips and I will return you gift for speaking; if you begin to persist in the sin and persistently to deny the fault, I will take from you your newborn child".
The queen has had an opportunity to tell the truth, but she persisted and has again told: "Is not present, I did not unlock a forbidden door". Then Пресвятая the Maiden took from hands of its newborn baby and has disappeared with it.

When next morning the message about disappearance of the newborn princess was carried, the people have loudly begun to yell: "the Queen - the cannibal! It should be executed!" And the king could not oppose more to the advisers any more.
